Appointments
Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else. We do not charge for missed hearing tests, but we may ask for a card to hold a second booking.
Home trial
Every pair of hearing aids comes with a 30-day home trial from the day of fitting. If you return them in good condition within that time, we refund what you paid less £95 for the fitting appointments.
Payment
We take a 20% deposit at fitting and the balance at the end of your trial. Clinic appointments are paid on the day.
Aftercare and warranty
Aftercare, repairs and consumables are included for the years your tech level covers: two for Essential, three for Advanced, four for Premium. Loss and damage cover, where included, allows one replacement per aid, with an excess of £150 per aid.
The online hearing check
The online check is a rough guide, not a medical test or diagnosis, and results depend on your headphones and volume. It does not replace a hearing test with a qualified audiologist.

Tell us first at [email protected] and we will reply within five working days. If you are not satisfied, you can refer your complaint to [redress scheme].
