Every appointment is with a qualified audiologist, in a ground-floor room with a hearing loop. Most are available within five working days, with evening slots on Wednesdays until 19:30.
Full hearing test
Free · 60 minutes
An hour with an audiologist, not a quick screening. Ear check, full audiogram, speech-in-noise test and a clear explanation.
Ear wax removal
From £60 · 30 minutes
Microsuction and gentle irrigation by an audiologist, with a look in both ears before and after.
Tinnitus assessment and sound therapy
From £95 · 90 minutes
A full hearing test, a proper conversation about the noise, and a written plan to make it bother you less.
Hearing-aid aftercare and repairs
Included with our aids · 30 minutes
Adjustments, deep cleans, tube and dome changes and repairs. Included for Hearwick patients; a fixed fee for aids fitted elsewhere.
